It May Remind You of:
Cigars, Island Scotch Whiskies, The Forest, Farmyards,
Brewing:

or
1g/15ml Gong Fu Cha | 98o|rinse| Then 10 second steeps adding 5 to 10 seconds per infusion to taste
A Note From the Curator:
Less of a refined tea by nature, these chunks were chopped off a giant log of fermented tea. This tea is an experience, with its rich history and unique taste profile.
The tea's taste could be described as having a deep and complex earthiness in character. Images of forest floor, and barnyard scenes emerge from the teas thick liquor. A consistent base of light smokiness and minerals is present throughout the infusions along side a savoury quality akin to mushroom broth.
Enjoy this tea in pretty much any style. It can be steeped, hit in a gaiwan, chucked into a mug or even straight up simmered for 15 minutes on the stove (Try it).
